The MRC Counsellor will support the implementation of Migrant Resource Centre (MRC) activities in Pakistan, including counselling, information provision, referrals, outreach, and awareness raising on safe, orderly, regular, and return migration. The role will contribute to service delivery for prospective migrants, outgoing migrants, returnees, and families of migrants, while supporting community engagement and coordination with relevant local stakeholders.

The MRC Counsellor will report to the respective MRC Coordinator and work closely with other MRC team members, project staff, local counterparts, and relevant ICMPD units to ensure timely and effective delivery of MRC activities and services.

Proficiency in written and spoken English and Urdu is required. Knowledge of Punjabi, Pashto, Sindhi, Saraiki, or other languages relevant to the duty station and target communities is considered an asset.
