The Junior Project Officer contributes to the implementation of activities throughout the project(s) life cycle ensuring alignment with the regulatory framework, standard administrative practices and operating procedures of ICMPD. The focus is on supporting project cycle implementation, ensuring that the project(s) plan(s) and scheduled activities are fully implemented, and in providing substantive inputs to the design and formulation of project proposals. They provide logistical and administrative support to project activities. In Cote d'Ivoire, the Junior Project Officer will be working on various regional projects to support the implementation of the Free Movement Protocol in the ECOWAS region, specifically to facilitate the implementation of the ECOWAS member state programme – the Demand Driven Facility. The Junior Project Officer will report to the FMM II and SMIWA Senior Project Manager. |
