The Regional Portfolio Manager (RPM) will be responsible for the development, coordination, and oversight of ICMPD’s Western Balkans regional portfolio, encompassing all operations across the six Western Balkans partners.
The RPM will report directly to the ICMPD Special Representative for the Western Balkans. The duty station is Vienna, Austria. Subject to organisational needs and the establishment of an appropriate host country framework in the Western Balkans, the duty station may subsequently be reassigned to one of ICMPD’s offices in the region.
The position requires prior professional experience in the Western Balkans region, with strong knowledge of EU accession processes—particularly Chapter 24—and migration governance, as well as migration-related policy, programming, and implementation in the region.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. Knowledge of a Western Balkans language will be considered an asset.
