The overall objective of the PROTECT project is to contribute to migrant protection in the target countries covering all phases of (in and out) migration, including countering and preventing irregular migration, trafficking in human beings and smuggling of migrants. An MRC will be opened within this project. The purpose of the project is to contribute to strengthening of MRC work and to ensuring their long term sustainability after the project.
The MRC Counsellor will report to the Project Manager, based at the ICMPD Headquarters in Vienna, Austria.
Proficiency in English and Kyrgyz language is required, proficiency in Russian language is an asset.
