The ENHANCER (Enhancement of Entrepreneurship Capacities for Sustainable Socio-Economic Integration) Project is prepared to provide a comprehensive, innovative and inclusive support with a strategic approach in order to contribute to the socio-economic inclusion of the Syrians Under Temporary Protection (SuTPs) to the local host communities (HC)s. The overall objective of the Project is to contribute to the socio-economic inclusion of the Syrian SuTPs to the local host communities (LHCs) through improving employment and livelihood opportunities.

The Junior Project Officer works under the supervision of the Portfolio Manager and in close collaboration with other members of the project team. S/he collaborates with project assistant(s) for implementation of administrative activities.

The Junior Project Officer contributes to the formulation of substantive project outputs and content and to the implementation of project communications activities. S/he prepares inputs to drafts of new initiatives and other substantive reports.

Position-Specific Expertise:

• Experience in management, implementation and reporting of EU projects in the field of migration, especially in migration&development and socio-economic integration;
  
• Substantive knowledge of migration issues;
  
• Familiarity with M&E tools and processes;
  
• Strong knowledge and understanding of direct funded EU project reporting requirements;
• Ability to coordinate with different teams and with conflicting priorities and deadlines.
