Within the Financial Management Unit, as part of the Corporate Financial and Budget Management Division (CFBM) and under the guidance of the Senior Financial Manager, the Finance Assistant provides administrative support to the implementation of the organisation's monthly payroll operations and related accounting activities, as well as to the administration of the Provident Fund (PF).  S/he supports a range of activities related to accounting and posting of claims and invoices, petty cash, bank statements, and business partner management. S/he contributes to the continuous improvement of financial management processes, procedures, and systems, actively seeking out opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy. ​
