Team Assistant
Functional Setting:
Under the Provision of Head of Region for Türkiye, Team Assistant for the Ankara Office works in close collaboration with project(s) staff for project(s)-related activities of the projects. S/he works in close coordination with internal and external stakeholders in the implementation of tasks following the regulatory framework, standard administrative practices and operating procedures of ICMPD.
Team Assistant will be contributing to a smooth and timely delivery of project activities under the work plan and collaboratively with all members of project team(s) and the counterparts in ICMPD for implementation of the tasks.
The Team Assistant implements administrative/operational processes and provides support to implementation of activities.
The Team Assistant prepares administrative/operational documents and correspondence. S/he implements processes in support of budgeting, recruitment, procurement, administrative actions in line with ICMPD rules and procedures.
- Ability to provide good administrative support to project activities.
- Good knowledge of Event management.
- Good organisational skills.
- Knowledge and use of standard IT systems and ERP.
- Effective time management and prioritisation of tasks .
- Bachelors or equivalent in a relevant field in addition to completed Secondary Education
- Relevant working experience is considered commensurate in lieu of degree or equivalent.
- Proficiency in (verbal/written) English and Turkish.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience is a requirement.
- Having work experience in an international context is an asset.
- Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
- Good drafting and writing skills.
- Proficiency in the use of standard IT tools.
