Functional Setting

Enhancement of Entrepreneurship Capacities for Sustainable Socio-Economic Integration (ENHANCER) Project: The objective of ENHANCER project, which is funded by the European Union and implemented by the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) in coordination with the Directorate General of Development Agencies under the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Turkiye, is to contribute to the inclusion of Syrians Under Temporary Protection in Turkiye to the Local Host Communities through livelihood and employment opportunities.

There are 5 teams and 1 portfolio manager under ENHANCER Project. Teams are:

Entrepreneurship Development Team, Ecosystem Development Team, Entrepreneurship Grants Team, Job Creation Team and Policy Team.

Position-Specific Expertise

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in project implementation in the field of monitoring and evaluation of grant schemes.
  • Ability to provide effective support to the implementation of project activities, in an international context. ▪ Capability to establish good working relations with project teams and stakeholders to ensure effective coordination in the assigned area of work.
  • Ability to manage simultaneously occurring tasks and shifting priorities. ▪ Ability to conceptualise new approaches to support the design, development and implementation of project activities. 
  • Experience with an international organization, EU funded projects and businesses and related reporting activities, is an asset. ▪ Capability to establish good working relations with project partners, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders to ensure effective coordination in the assigned area of work.
  • Timely and qualitative support provided to the overview of project implementation and grant schemes. 
  • Ability to conceptualise new approaches to support the implementation of project activities.​
Position-Specific Qualifications and Language Skills

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Social Science, Engineering or related fields. 
  • Knowledge of financial statements, financial management and Turkish accounting system is an asset. 
  • Proficiency in (verbal/written) English and Turkish. 
  •  Proficiency in use of standard IT tools.
