The goal of the project "Building an Environment Free of Human Trafficking and Violence Against Persons in Nigeria" (the Project) is to strengthen the resilience of Nigeria's criminal justice system against human trafficking and violence against persons. This initiative aims to enhance the effectiveness of the justice delivery system in relation to TIP and VAP, improve inter-agency cooperation between NAPTIP and other law enforcement agency, and promote community involvement at various levels.

The Project Manager is responsible for the direction, management, coordination, implementation, control and completion of project(s) and the management of project team(s) while remaining aligned with the strategy, goals, regulatory framework, standard administrative practices and operating procedures of ICMPD and with partner and donor agreements. S/he works closely with internal thematic experts and actively contributes to project and capacity development, resource mobilization efforts and reports directly to the Head of the Pan Africa Region.

The incumbent must be fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.​
